CONTRACTS TO BE SUMITTED TO PARLIAMENT

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The cabinet has considered as necessary to submit a draft law on ratifying a treaty on transferring convicted persons to be established between Mongolia and China. The contract was signed by the sides during official visit of Mongolia's Premier S.Batbold to China.
Apart of this, the cabinet has backed a draft agreement on cooperation in combating crimes to be established between the governments of Mongolia and China. In accordance with this 12-clause agreement, the sides will cooperate in combating and preventing 11 kinds of crimes such as international terrorism, illegal trade of drugs, counterfeit currency and securities, money laundering, and trafficking of firearms, explosive substances, inflammable materials, poisonous and radioactive substances.
