HH Sheikha Moza Meets UN Chief
New York, June 30 (QNA) - HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, the UNESCO Special Envoy for Basic and Higher Education met here on Thursday at the United Nations Headquarters UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, on the sidelines of the side event of the UN Security Council on the issue of attacks on schools and hospitals during the armed conflicts.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with ways to achieve the Millennium Development Goals related to education as well as a number of issues of common interest. (QNA)
