PACKAGE OF DRAFT LAWS SUBMITTED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A head of the Presidential Office D.Battulga submitted Wednesday a package of draft laws on court reform to the Parliament Speaker.
D.Battulga has noted that a program on court reform has been approved in frames of the very first decree of the President on the same matter, and that the package of the drafts have been drawn up based on this program.
The package includes the bills on court, on court administration, on legal status of judges, on citizens' representatives of court, and on intermediation for reconciliation. He has requested the Speaker to discuss this package at the running spring session of parliament.
In response, the Speaker has mentioned that this session will adjourn soon, but promised to try to discuss the drafts before the break.
