World Conference of Science Journalists Concludes Sessions
Doha, June 29 (QNA) - The World Conference of Science Journalists concluded sessions this evening after three days of discussions on a range of significant topics tabled on its agenda.
The conference, which is the biggest event ever organized and hosted by Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development at its student centre, discussed the most important challenges facing media coverage of scientific, health and environmental affairs in in the Middle East and the world at large, as well as food security issues.
During the meeting's workshops and sessions, participants also discussed climate change and epidemics as well as other controversial scientific issues.
