Esawi, Iranian VP discuss economic cooperation
Baghdad (NINA) – Minister of Finance, Rafi Al Esawi, discussed with the Iranian Vice-President, Aga Muhammadi, bilateral economic cooperation.
Finance Ministry’s media office said “a meeting is due to be held next week between finance ministers of Iraq, Turkey, Iran, and Syria in Tehran. Also, a number of cooperation files and Memorandums of understanding will be ready for signing them in the few coming days in fields of investment, financial and banking cooperation.”
For his part, the Iranian official said “Iran is serious in building strong financial ties with Iraq and to achieve a more comprehensive economic cooperation with it.”
