President pardons detainees of inciting regionalism, separation

SANA'A, Sep.11 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh issued on
Thursday general amnesty of prisoners accused of inciting for
regionalism and separation..

The 12 prisoners have released on Thursday as implementation to the
amnesty after they committed to abide by constitution, pending rules
in the country, national bases and not to stand against them.
According the amnesty, the freed detainees have to practice their
political rights as citizens according to the constitution.

The detainees are Ahmad bin Fareed, Ali al-Gharib, Yahya Ashuaibi,
Ali Mohammad, Hasan bin Yahya, Husein al-Bakri, Abdu Rabu
al-Humaishi, Aidarus Adahbali, Hasan ba Awm, Mahmoud Zayed, Ali
Munasar and Naji al-Arabi.
