Doha Hosts Meeting to Coordinate between TETRA Networks in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia

Doha (QNA) - A two-day meeting to coordinate between TETRA networks in the Qatar, UAE and Saudi Arabia opened on Tuesday at the Communications Department of the Interior Ministry.
The two-day event, being hosted by Doha, was chaired by Director of Communications Department Brigadier General Ali Salem Al Henzab, with Saudi Arabia and the UAE delegations led by Major General Mohammed Fahad Al Fardan and Colonel Nasser Ali Al Beihoni respectively. A group of communications engineers and specialists also attended the meeting.
At the beginning of Meeting, Brigadier Al Henzab welcomed the participants, wishing its activities every success. He said that the meeting will discuss engineering problems that could face TETRA networks or affect their services, and will seek to find suitable solutions to them.
He added that the participating countries have joint systems which contribute to good coordination of efforts among them.
