Mutlag meets Talabani, stresses IS keenness on positive dealing with all blocs

Baghdad (NINA) – Deputy Prime Minister Salih Al Mutlag stressed that the “Iraqiya Slate still hopes its demands would be achieved, it is also keen on positively deal with all political blocs.”

He said the IS aims at preventing the country from returning to sectarian conflicts, it also calls for investing efforts towards reconstructing Iraq, strengthening economy and services, and improves living standards of the citizen instead of agitating conflicts and increase the citizens’ sufferings.”

Mutlag’s media office said today “Mutlag headed the IS delegation to meet the President. The delegation comprises ministers and MPs to discuss political status quo, and means of mending fences to move the political stagnation among government components.”

“The meeting was present by MP from Kurdish Alliance Fuad Masoum and a number of officials and political advisors,” the statement concluded.
