First Lady of Azerbaijan meets spouses of ambassadors accredited in country
(Trend) - The First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP Mehriban Aliyeva held a meeting with the spouses of the ambassadors accredited in the country on June 28.
She sincerely welcomed the guests, posed for photographs with them in memory.
It was stated that the idea of meeting with the First Lady of Azerbaijan was announced at a meeting of the group, which includes the spouses of ambassadors.
The group's activities are primarily associated with charity, and therefore, the spouses of ambassadors wanted to get familiarized with the activities of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, headed by Mehriban Aliyeva, to improve the living standards of children deprived of parental care.
The group members said they are aware of the extensive charitable activities of the Foundation and want to know more about the work done.
