Muhammadawi: Erbil agreement, the root of Iraq’s crisis

Baghdad (NINA) – Secretary General of the Iraqi Tribes Alliance, Sheikh Abbas Al Muhammadawi, considered the Erbil agreement as the root of the Iraqi crisis.

He told NINA that the Erbil agreement, which is basically unconstitutional because it was reached on the expense of the Iraqi people’s interests.

Barzani presented an initiative to solve the political crisis in Iraq. The initiative included a number of items that were discussed in a meeting held in Erbil last year and was present by leaders of the political blocs. /End/
