Yawar criticizes Talabani’s attending anti-terror conference in Tehran

Mosul (NINA) – Secretary General of the Iraqi Justice and Reform Movement considered holding World Anti-Terror Conference, starting today, in Iran as a weird thing, saying “it is an attempt to escape accusations of Iran’s support to the sectarian sedition in Iraq,” criticizing at the same time “President Talabani’s attendance to the conference at a time the conference coincides with Iran’s aggression on the Kurdistan Region.”

Abdullah Hameedi Ajeel Al Yawar said to NINA today that “in Iraq, we all know that Iran, and through all the weapons and ammos found by the Iraqi forces and the weapons that were used in terrorist operations are Iranian made, so, how could such a country arranges an anti-terror conference.”

Regarding Talabani’s attendance to the conference, Yawar added “we hoped that the Iraqi President would adopt a firm stance towards the the flagrant aggressions targeting our country, especially that the Iranian conference coincides with the Iranian pounding of Kurdistan Region by its artillery, and that is an aggression against all Iraqis, wondering “where is the Iraqi citizen’s dignity and rights?” /End/
