Authentic Thai cuisine charms in US

BANGKOK, June 25 (TNA) - Excerpts from a successful story of a Thai restaurant owner in the US Montana State has spelled out an unremitting charm of Thai cuisine overseas.

A Thai architect-turned-businesswoman--who has ventured with a group of her American friends for the first Thai restaurant in the town of Bozeman in Montana--said that her customers have often and delightedly ordered and spoken of their luscious and favourite menu, like “Pad-Thai” or stir-fried rice noodles, spicy “Tom-Yum-Kung” and the globally-well known Thai “Hom Mali” or Jasmine rice.

The Thai restaurant owner acknowledged that, above all, Thai food, with its unrivaled taste and delicacy, is overwhelmingly renowned today as one of the world’s finest cuisines.

The authenticity in her cookery, she insisted, is what impresses every meal, and that until today, her restaurant has remained the only genuine Thai kitchen there in Bozeman, a town dominated by up to eight-months cold weather every year, but located in one of the fastest-growing areas in the United States and elected an "All-America City" in 2001 by the National Civic League.
