Int'l Confab on Global Fight against Terrorism to open in Tehran
Tehran, June 25, IRNA -- The International Conference on Global Fight against Terrorism will kick off in Tehran on Saturday.
Presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers and ministers in charge of terrorism as well as related experts will attend the two-day meeting.
Strong readiness of Iran neighbors to attend the Tehran conference in a high level is an indication of the countries’ concern over the terrorism phenomenon.
Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan presidents and several ministers are to take part in the meeting.
Iraq and Afghanistan, which have specifically been the main terrorism victims over the past decade due to military presence of occupiers, are the countries that will attend the meeting.
