PRESIDENT RECEIVES BALLET DANCERS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Thursday, the President Ts.Elbegdorj received the world famous ballet dancers. They have arrived to take part in the “Ballet evening” festival organized at an initiative of a State Honored Artist D.Altankhuyag.
The State Head has thanked D.Altankhuyag for initiating this festival and his counterparts for performing here. He has noted that state leaders of Mongolia of all generations supported classic art, and that Mongolia has been supporting arts by a policy. “Apart of the nomadic culture and arts, the Mongolians have been developing classic art. Mr. Altankhuyag has been representing Mongolia in the world's classic arts, and I am very satisfied with meeting You,” the President has said.
The dancers have expressed a satisfaction with performing in Mongolia, and then expressed their views on the Mongolian classic art, Mongolian audience and Mongolian lifestyle.
The meeting has brought together Mark Churchill, a senior advisor to the New England Conservatory of the USA and a professional conductor; ballet dancers Carlos Molina (Colombia), Erika Korneho (Argentina), Rodrigo Almarales (Cuba), Misa Kuranaga (Japan), Andile Ndlovu (South Africa), and others from the USA and Canada.
