ABOUT WINTER PREPARATION IN FUEL AND ENERGY

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Some measures have been discussed at the cabinet meeting to ensure a winter preparation in the fuel and energy sector.
Orders have been given to D.Zorigt, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, and to D.Sugar, a head of the State Property Committee (SPC), to run facilities and techniques repair, invest to coal mining and to reserve coal in planned time, to introduce results of these works to the cabinet meeting every quarter.
The Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development Kh.Battulga has received an order to provide the coal transport with freight trains in order to reserve coal enough for at least 20 days in thermal power stations. The Minister D.Zorigt and governors of Uvs and Omnogobi aimags have been told to finance expense for repairing power stations of these aimags and providing Khovd aimag's “Badamlakh dol” company with methodological advice and professional managers.
In accordance with the cabinet order, the Deputy Premier M.Enkhbold and some related Ministers will take actions so that fuel reserves be ready in Ulaanbaatar railway, civil aviation, agriculture, foods and health sectors, enough for 20 days at least.
