Katusha rock hits Diwaniya, 4 wounded
Diwaniya (NINA) – Four Katusha rockets fired by unknown persons, one of them hit the city of Diwaniya, Qadisiya province, wounding four persons.
Police source told NINA on Wednesday, June 22, “Unknown persons fired four Katusha rockets, one of the rockets hit downtown Diwaniya wounding four person, two in critical conditions, they are rushed to hospital for treatment.”
He added, “The other three rockets fail in the vicinities of Echo Base, 3 km south of Diwaniya, where American forces are.”
It is worth mentioning that on Tuesday, Diwaniya witnessed two explosions, resulted in the killing and wounding 51 persons, most of them are from the police force.
