National-(Non-governmental, HR organisations advised to submit details of missing persons
The Supreme Court Wednesday advised the non-governmental and human rights organizations to submit authentic details of missing persons of Balochistan.
The two member bench comprising Justice Javed Iqbal, Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk over a number of pleas regarding recovery of missing persons directed that the head of commission should be nominated within two weeks, since its head Justice Retired Fazal Rehman had been appointed as member of the Election Commission of Pakistan.
The bench also directed the Finance Ministry to expedite the process of compensation to aggrieved families of missing persons and submit report on June 27, 2011.
