First Joint Committee for Saudi lawyers' rights Formed

Jeddah, September 11, SPA-- The National Committee of Lawyers at the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry has approved the formation of the Joint Committee to discuss issues and rights of
1,300 Saudi lawyers for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia.


The Committee is comprised of a number of judges of Grievances Court
and the National Committee of Lawyers.


The Chairman of National Committee of Lawyers at the Council Dr.
Majed Al-Qaroob said at the end of his presidential term that the
Lawyers' Committee at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah
has completed special studies for a comprehensive amendment to the
legal system in Saudi Arabia that will be submitted to the Ministry
of Justice.
