J.GURRAGCHAA RECEIVES ORDER OF HONOR

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A cosmonaut and a Heroe of both Mongolia and the former Soviet Union, J.Gurragchaa has been awarded the Order of Honor.
Russia's President D.Medvedev has handed him the award in Moscow's Kremlin as a recognition of many years' works for public organization.
J.Gurragchaa has been working for 30 years as a head of Mongolia-Russia Friendship Society and as president of the Confederation of Mongolian side of the Friendship Societies.
The same day, the Embassy of Mongolia in Moscow and Russia's Association of Mongolian Friends (RAMF) co-organized a reception. "Over ten foreign people received the state prizes today. Our Hero J.Gurragchaa has received the supreme one. I am so glad," said Mongolia's Ambassador D.Idevkhten and congratulated Mr. Gurragchaa.
Among invited to the reception were V.A.Zhanibekov, a cosmonaut and a Heroe of both Mongolia and former Soviet Union, V.P.Savinykh, a cosmonaut and a twice Hero of former Soviet Union, V.Babushkin, a vice-president of the RAMF, also G.Lunden, an Ambassador-Counselor of Mongolia's Embassy, G.Myagmardorj, a first secretary, others.
By the way J.Gurragchaa was awarded the Order of Yurii Gagarin this April.
