Fatlawi announces date for finishing the questioning of IHEC

Baghdad (NINA) – Parliament presidency set June 30 as a date for finishing the questioning of Independent High Electoral Commission, Hanan Al Fatlawi, the interrogating MP from the State of Law Coalition, said to NINA.

She told NINA earlier that the penal court overruled the second lawsuit filed by IHEC against her.

The court also overruled the first lawsuit for illegality of the case.

IHEC filed a lawsuit against Fatlawi for unveiling names of employees related to members of IHEC. /End/
