Zibari, Indian, France ambassadors to Iraqi discuss enhancing relations


Baghdad (NINA) – Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshiyar Zibari, received today the newly appointed Indian ambassador to Iraq, who submitted a copy of his credentials.

Media office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that “during the meeting, bilateral relations were discussed. The Iraqi minister hailed the Iraqi-Indian relations, expressing relief over the Indian government appointing an ambassador in Iraq which will enhance bilateral relations.”

On the other hand, Zibari received the newly appointed French ambassador to Iraq, Denis Koyeh, who submitted a copy of his credentials.

Zibari welcomed the French ambassador and wished him success in his mission, expressing the Ministry’s readiness to provide all facilitations possible to the ambassador to carry out his mission.
