Pakistan desires to further strengthen cooperation with Bahrain in all spheres

Islamabad, June 16, 2011 (PPI): Pakistan values its brotherly ties with Bahrain and desires to further strengthen cooperation in all spheres, said Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani.

He expressed confidence that 5th Pakistan-Bahrain Joint Economic Commission meeting will be held soon to promote bilateral links. Talking to Lt General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa, Commander of Bahrain National Guards Thursday at PM House, Gilani said Pakistan supports all efforts for peace, stability in Islamic world to promote development and prosperity of people.

Lt. General Salman Al-Khalifa called for exchange of high-level visits to further strengthen bilateral ties. Bahrain Ambassador and senior officials were also present.
