S. Korea's Anti-Reunification Action Blasted

Pyongyang (KCNA) - The south Korean regime took the anti-reunification action of disallowing the participation of the south side delegation in the joint national event to be held by delegates of various circles in the north, the south and overseas in Kaesong on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration.
The North Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration in a statement on Wednesday bitterly denounced this action as another blatant challenge to the north-south joint declaration and an unpardonable criminal act of chilling the desire of the compatriots for peace and reunification.
By blocking even the joint national event this year, the Lee Myung Bak regime brought to light its sinister intention to persistently rush headlong into confrontation and war, denying the joint declaration, the statement noted, and went on:
National reunification is the greatest desire of the nation and nothing is more urgent than peace on this land.
The south Korean people and all other compatriots' resentment at the regime going against peace and reunification has reached its height.
All the Koreans will never pardon the above-said criminal acts of brutally suppressing the movement for reunification in violation of the historic June 15 joint declaration. -0-
