Al-Muayad's lawyer asks Yemen to press America to hospitalize him

NEW YORK, Sep. 10 (Saba)- Lawyer of Sheikh Mohammad al-Muayad Danol
Night demanded Yemeni state bodies to press US administration to
transform Sheikh al-Muayad to the hospital.

Al-Muayad's son Ibrahim al-Muayad said lawyer of his father, detained in America of charge of funding terrorism, affirmed him that al-Muayad case is dangerous and required to be transformed to hospital. He told assahawa net that the prison's physician recommended al-Muayad out to the hospital for lack of medication in the prison.

Al-Muayad's son expressed sorrow for returning advocate Mohammad
Allaw to Yemen without meeting his father only once for unknown
reasons, noting that US appeal court would issue sentence against
Sheikh al-Muayad this month.

Al-Muayad noted that his father complained in a telephone
conversation last week of prison administration's abandon to hand
him newspapers and messages.

Earlier, Brookline Court had sentenced Sheikh Al-Muayad to 75 years
imprisonment and his companion Mohammad Zayed to 45 years and $ 2
millions fine for charges of supporting terrorism.
