PREMIER MEETS KLAUS SCHWAB
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In frames of the World Economic Forum on East Asia held in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Premier S.Batbold has met with leaders of countries, authorities of international organizations and business delegates to discuss the relations and cooperation.
Firstly, the Premier has held a meeting with Klaus Schwab, a founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The Premier has expressed a gratitude to Mr. Schwab for inviting to the forum, and they have shared views on the cooperation. S.Batbold has noted that Mongolia and the WEF collaborated in strengthening democracy, developing responsible mining and creating an anti-corruption partnership.
In turn, Mr. Schwab has thanked the Mongolian Premier for participating in the World Economic Forum on East Asia, and congratulated him on joining of Mongolian 150 companies to the Anti-Corruption Partnership Initiative. Mr. Schwab has officially invited the Premier to take part in the World Economic Forum of Davos to run January of the next year. They have agreed to organize measures of day of Mongolia and propagandizing Mongolian brand products during the forum.
Mr. Schwab has thankfully received an invitation from the Prime Minister to visit Mongolia, and then promised to visit next year.
Moreover, the Premier has met some 20 members of the “Young Leader” club at the WEF.
