Najaf Investment grants three licenses in residential, tourism worth $166 million
Najaf (NINA) – Najaf Investment Commission granted three licenses for investment worth more than $166 million, in tourism and housing sectors.
Head of the commission, Wafi Al Bhash, told NINA correspondent that the first license is for a residential complex and the amount of investment worth more than $84 million, it consists of 1000 units, horizontal style, and with six models.
He added that the second project is the establishment of 1000 residential houses and the amount of investment is $75 million. The last investment is the building of a tourism hotel worth more than $6 million, which is a tourism hotel, consisting 5 floors and 224 beds capacity.
