SPECIAL LOAN AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A “Residential area and infrastructure” and “Renewing a park of repair rolling stock” projects are to be implemented within the general agreement on giving a 300 million US dollars soft loan from China's government.
On Wednesday, the cabinet at its meeting backed a signing of a special loan agreement of the projects.
Executors of the second project “CSR corporation” and CSR Shijiazhuang Co.Ltd already concluded a contract with the Mongolian Ministry of Road, transportation, construction and urban development. Sub-project's lender is to fund 24 million 300 thousand 140 US dollars.
The first project's executor is Beejni construction engineering group Co.Ltd, it also has concluded a contract. A lender will give 99 million 908 thousand 164 US dollars for this project.
According to the loan general agreement, Mongolia's government is to fund 15 percent of the total cost of the projects contracts.
