China to encourage businessmen to invest in Aden

ADEN, Sep 09 (Saba) - China will encourage Chinese investors to
invest in Aden, Chinese Commerce minister Chen Deming has said.

The announcement came at a meeting with the Yemeni delegation
participating in the 12th International Investment Forum 2008,
being held in China from 8 to 11 September.

At the forum head of the delegation Abdul Jalil al-Shuaibi, head of
the Aden Free Zone has introduced the participants to investment
opportunities as well as facilitations offered by the Yemen
Investment laws.

The Yemeni delegation also has taken part in the Arab-Chinese
Symposium which was held on the sidelines of the forum activities
and that was dedicated to the investment issues.
