Talabani, Italian FM discuss bilateral relations
Baghdad (NINA) – Iraqi President Jalal Talabani received on Wednesday the Italian Foreign Minister, Franko Frantini, and the accompanying delegation.
A presidential statement mentioned that the meeting was attended by the Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshiyar Zibari, and head of the Iraqi Presidency office, Naseer Al Ani, and that “relations between the two friendly countries and means of developing them were discussed.”
It added “developments in the Arab and international arena were also tackled.”
