UNIVERSITY SPORTS OFFICIALS TO ATTEND INT'L CONFERENCE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A Mongolian delegation will participate in an international scientific conference that will run June 16-19 in Kazani, Russia, under a motto "Education, sport and culture".
The event will be co-organized by Russia's Ministry of Physical Culture, Sports, Youths and Tourism, Ministry of Education and Sciences, National Olympic Committee of Russia, government of Russian Tatarstan; organizing committee for Kazani 2013 Summer Universiade.
Representatives are expected from 60 countries and 300 delegates of Russia, including scientists, athletes and coaches. The Mongolian delegation has comprised D.Bayasgalan, a member of the Executive Committee of the International University Sports Federation (FISU), and D.Jargalsaikhan, an advisor to the State Department of Physical Culture and Sports and secretary of the University Sports Federation of Mongolia (USFM). They will give reports.
Main objectives of the conference are to study experiences of university sports management of Russia and other countries, determine developmental trends of university sports, discuss issues of preparing advanced athletes, training coaches, and to improve their skills.
During the conference, a ceremony will run to open Educational Center for International University Sports in Kazani.
