PRESIDENT JOINS CAMPAIGN

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Representatives of the “Mother earth's green development, silk ribbon” campaign have called on the President of Mongolia to tell about their campaign.
It has been aiming to appeal to the world countries to get united against climate change, desertification, air and soil pollution, and rubbish, they have said. It also supports Mongolian leader's position on global warming and climate issues, his speech given at the Copenhagen forum, his decree on “Tree-planting national public day”, they have stressed .
Within the campaign, some well-known strugglers against global warming are here such as a Canadian Satish Siha, the World Miss of 2008, Miss India Parvathy Omanakuttan, a Miss Kosovk Taraku Morena, a messenger of humanity and Miss Montenegro Stanisic Nina.
Ts.Elbegdorj has written “Unite for mother earth's health and peace” on the green silk ribbon, saying he has joined the campaign, and wished the visitors a success.
