DP FATION MEETS, CREATES GROUP TO WORK ON SOME MATTERS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Monday, a regular meeting of a parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party (DP) discussed execution of the master budget of 2010, a year-end financial report of 2010, a parliament draft resolution on approving the basic guidelines of Mongolia's socio-economy until 2012, and a report on budgeting frameworks for 2012.
In connection with considering these matters, the faction has created a working group with five members to have it worked on six matters. The very urgent one is to consider a construction of an oil refinery. The faction have severely criticized a delay by the government of the organization of works on establishing the oil refinery in Tamsag or Zuunbayan of Dornod aimag.
The working group also must tackle matters such as constructing power stations at the Oyu tolgoi and Tavan tolgoi deposits, providing all the checkpoints with a united management (this will be reflected in the policy on border checkpoints in frames of its legal regulation), erecting construction materials factories, running new railwaysand, finally, completing a campaign of providing people with electronic identification cards within the half of first quarter of 2012.
