Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev receives FIFA, UEFA presidents (PHOTO)

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received today FIFA president Joseph Blatter and UEFA president Michel Platini, Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
The Head of State congratulated Joseph Blatter on his re-election as president of FIFA. President Ilham Aliyev underlined the importance of the fact that Blatter made his first visit to Azerbaijan after his re-election as FIFA president.
Touching upon Joseph Blatter`s election as president of FIFA with great support of the world football community, President Ilham Aliyev described this as a result of the fruitful activity of FIFA under his leadership.
The Head of State recalled his meetings with Blatter both in Baku and Zurich.
President Ilham Aliyev thanked Blatter as he visited Azerbaijan to attend events on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani football. The Head of State expressed confidence that his visit would be interesting and successful.
FIFA president Joseph Blatter expressed satisfaction with his next visit to Azerbaijan and meeting with President Ilham Aliyev. He thanked the Head of State for the invitation to participate in events on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani football.
