QUARREL DURING THE COURT'S SESSION
Jakarta, Sept 8 (ANTARA) - Beny K Harman (Democrats Fraction) and Gayus Lumbuun (Indonesian Democratic Party For Struction faction) strongly argued on the violation of Presidential decree as an injustice in hearing of commission III of the House of Representatives here, Monday.
The hearing was about Attorney General Hendarman Supandji and his working performance.
In the middle of the hearing after Supandji's hearing, Arman stated on the violation of presidential decree as an action of injustice, but Lumbuun responded that the violation is a crime, based on certain references.
"In the case (the Kalimantan illegal loggings), there's an act of violation of presidential decree which can not be considered as as injustice," Harman said.
But it was denied by Gayus Lumbuun "Presidential decree violation is absolutely an act of injustice," he stated after Harman stated his oppinion on the case.
Right after Lumbuun made his statement the temperature in the session is rising and noisy of many people arguing. Tri Chair Man, Media Panjaitan as the chief of working commision III managed to settle the situation and gave Harman another chance to explains his statement.
Harman will take the incident to the honorary council, where Gayus Lumbuun is the council's deputy and Attorney General as witness.
The threat made Lumbuun to apologize for his earlier statement, by the time court's situation becoming tense.
Before the quarrel increases, the chairman suspended the hearing a lunch break. It will be resumed after the break.
