Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Chairs Cabinet's Session 6

The cabinet approved the agreement between the government of the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of Turkey
to avoid double taxation and prevent tax evasion on income taxes and
the annexed protocol which were initialed in Ankara on 9 November
2007.

The cabinet authorized the Minister of Finance or his deputy to sign
a draft agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia and the government of the Kingdom of Holland to avoid double
taxation, prevent tax evasion on income taxes and the annexed
protocol, before forwarding the final version for further
authentication.

The cabinet approved the appointment of Fareed Kamel Ahmed Azhar as
Minister Plenipotentiary (category A) at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs, Hani Ameen Mohammed Sindi as Minister Plenipotentiary
(category A) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Hashim bin Ali
bin Hamza Rajeh as Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor
for Expatriates' Affairs.
