SPA - The cabinet approved a cooperation agreement in the judicial field between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the
government of the Republic of Yemen which was initialed in Riyadh on
13 November 2007.

According to the agreement, the dependants of each country, who
reside within the other country, enjoy the right to obtain judicial
assistance as regards the civil, commercial, administrative, penal
and personal status cases similar to its citizens. The agreement also
states that the two countries exchange information in the field of
judges training, organize training courses for personnel in the field
of judiciary and arrange visits of judicial delegations.
The cabinet approved an extension and amendment to the agreement
between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arab
Chevron company on the divided area.
