Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Chairs Cabinet's Session 3

The Minister noted that the Cabinet reviewed a number of topics on
its agenda and issued the following decisions:

The Cabinet approved an agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
and the Republic of Yemen in the field of air transport services
signed in Riyadh on 13/11/2007.

Having reviewed the 97th minutes of the Ministerial Committee for
Administrative Organization of the study of organizing the Saudi
National Center for Organs Implantation, the Cabinet approved a
number of measures including:
1- The Saudi National Center for Organs Implantation shall be
directly linked to the Health Services Council.
2- The Health Services Council shall form a committee of health
authorities in the Kingdom. The committee's works shall be
coordinated by the Director of the Saudi National Center for Organs
Implantation. The committee shall propose the procedural and
technical rules governing the work process of the Center.
3- In coordination with the Secretariat of the Ministerial Committee
for Administrative Organization, the Health Services Council shall
establish an appropriate administrative organization for the Center.
