TS.ELBEGDORJ HAD LUNCH WITH NEWS AGENCY LEADERS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In a scope of the official visit to the Russian Federation (RF), the President Ts.Elbegdorj and accompanying him officials visited Monday the headquarters of the Russian Federal State Unitary Enterprise ITAR-TASS news agency.
The Mongolians have been welcomed by Valery Ignatenko and M.Gusman, the director-general and first director of the news agency.
The President Ts.Elbegdorj had a lunch with authorities and editor-in-chiefs of the biggest Russian media organizations. Apart of the agency's leaders, present at the lunch were O.B.Dobrodeyev, a director-general of the "VGTRK" TV-Radio company; K.L.Ernst, a director of the "Channel-1" TV channel; S.V.Kurokhtin, a director of the "Mayak" radio station, and other leaders and editors of the biggest media organizations, newspapers, TV channels and journals.
The gathered have shared views with the State Head on the Mongolia-Russia relations, cooperation in the agricultural sector, Mongolia's education and history.
Mr. Ignatenko has thanked the President for visiting their agency and sharing opinions openly.
