Russian Consul General urges exchange of expertise
Karachi, May 31, 2011 (PPI): Consul General Russian Federation Andrey V. Demidov has laid emphasis on strengthening bilateral relations with Pakistan by exchanging expertise in various departments.
He expressed this while meeting Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Ahmed Khuhro at his office on Tuesday.
The speaker welcomed the suggestion put forward by envoy and assured full cooperation.
Throwing light on sacrifices in war against terrorists, Khuhro said Pakistan is a frontline line state in this war and has sacrificed more than any other country in this regard.
He presented Sindhi cap, Ajrak and assembly’s shield to the consul general.
