MP: Budget for the VPs salaries waste of public money
Basra (NINA) - MP from the State of Law Coalition, Jawad Al Bazun, said "the big budget allocated to the salaries of the Vice-Presidents is the best evidence of the waste of public money."
He said, in a statement to NINA today that "the salaries of the three VPs, which exceed 10 billion dinars is clear proof of wasting public money."
He stressed that "passing it in the Parliament made dozens of MPs feel ashamed, because the issue was done under pressure of leaders of big slate.”
He concluded "this amount represents salaries of the three VPs only, and you could stand on the size of the budget to be allocated with administrative, technical staffs, guards and other expenses."
