PROFESSOR GIVES LECTURE INVITED BY PRESIDENT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A rector of the “Direct democracy” center, Zurich university's public rights professor of Switzerland, Dr.Andrews Auer has given a lecture themed “Switzerland's direct democracy, systems of provinces direct democracy”.
Present at the lecture, given at invitation of the country's President, have been students, instructors and a rector of Mongolia's state university /MSU/. After the lectire they asked related and other questions.
An idea about the lecture was given to the Prof by Ts.Elbegdorj during the latter's visit in February to Switzerland. Accordingly, Dr. Auer presented a speech at “Improving localities' power with people's participation” forum, which was co-run by the President's office and parliamentary Standing committee on budget, and gave this lecture.
