MONGOLIANS TO COMPETE IN JIU JITSU WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolian jiu jitsu fighters have left for the USA to take part in the Jiu Jitsu World Championships to run June 2-6 in Long Beach city, California.
The Mongolian team compriseû judo wrestlers and fighters training for jiu jitsu such as O.Narangerel (men's 64 kg), Kh.Tsagaanbaatar (70 kg), S.Miaragchaa (70 kg), D.Suldbayar (76 kg), O.Bold-Erdene (82 kg), D.Monkhbayasgalan (82 kg), G.Dashdavaa (88 kg), B.Ariun-Erdene (94 kg), B.Zorigtbaatar (94 kg), B.Onorjargal (-100 kg), G.Ganzorig (-100 kg), B. Myagmardorj (+100), B.Odkhuu (+100), B.Buyandelger (women's 64 kg), M.Nyamjargal (64 kg), B.Sainjargal (69 kg) and D.Tserenkhand (+74 kg).
The jiu jitsu sport has been intensively developing here recent years. Our fighters have grabbed many medals at international competitions, for example, two gold and one bronze medals in the "American Cup" tournament held San Jose, the USA.
