Russia welcomes N Korea's intention to return to negotiating table
DEAUVILLE, May 27 (Itar-Tass) - Russia considers that North Korea's
announced intentions to return to the six-party negotiating table should
be supported, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told journalists on
Friday.
"We positively assess North Korea's readiness to return to the
six-party talks without preliminary conditions," he said in his comments
on the results of the discussion at the G8 summit. "It's good that the
summit's documents mention this factor."
