MINISTERIAL CONFERENCE OF NON-ALIGNMENT MOVEMENT BEGINS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Ministerial Conference and the Commemorative Meeting of the 50th Anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) started Wednesday in Bali, Indonesia. It has brought together representatives of the NAM's members, observers and guest countries, and international organizations.
At the opening of the conference, the President of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono delivered a speech, underlining that the next 50 years of the NAM will pay special attention to ensuring peace and security, developing democracy, forwarding the good governance, and supporting equal development of countries.
The Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the UN and head of the Delegation to the Ministerial Conference and the Commemorative Meeting of the 50th Anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement Ms. O.Enkhtsetseg has given a speech representing Mongolia.
