Three hospitalized after fire at munitions storage

MOSCOW, May 27 (Itar-Tass) -- Three people were hospitalized after a
fire broke out at a munitions storage depot in Bashkiria on Thursday,
according to regional emergencies center.
Spokesman Oleg Zugeev told Tass a man and a woman were hospitalized
with burns and another man with a head injury.
He said shells continue to explode at the depot neat the settlement of
Urman from where two thousand people were evacuated, including 250
children. Urman is only 500 meters away from the depot.
The depot may keep burning for up to three days, the regional EMERCOM
said.
No official causes of the fire have been declared so far, however
Bashkiria's Forestry Minister Razhap Nabiullin ruled out a forest fire was
to blame.
