G.MONKHBAYAR MEETS BRITISH DELEGATION

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Mayor of Ulaanbaatar city G.Monkhbayar met Wednesday a delegation headed by Andrew R. Rosindell, a member of the House of Commons of the UK and leader of the Britain-Mongolian parliamentary group.
The Mayor has expressed a satisfaction with wide relations between Mongolia and UK in trade and economic sectors and with successful development of the ties and cooperation, and then expressed a willingness to bring the relationship between cities into a new level. Speaking about a meeting of the foreign partners of Ulaanbaatar city, the Mayor has introduced the delegation to a list of works that demand biggest investments from foreign countries.
In turn, the British delegation has highlighted Ulaanbaatar's intensive development, and said they see an opportunity to collaborate in tackling social matters such as provision of hospitals, firefighting units and police. The British side has said it is possible to give assistance to the biggest projects and programs the UB city needs, and conveyed an invitation from London Mayor to G.Monkhbayar.
