Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolia's Judo Federation (MJF) has announced names of men and women judoists who are to compete in the Grand Slam tournament to run May 28-29 in Moscow, Russia.
The selected team comprises D.Tomorkhuleg, G.Boldbaatar (men's 60 kg), Kh.Tsagaanbaatar, S.Miaragchaa (66 kg), S.Nyam-Ochir, G.Odbayar (73 kg), G.Tuvshinjargal, B.Ambaselmaa (81 kg), E.Enkhbat (90 kg), N.Tuvshinbayar, B.Temuulen (-100 kg) and B.Sugarjargal (+100 kg), M.Urantsetseg (women's 48 kg), M.Bundmaa, B.Solongo (52 kg), T.Battogs, D.Sumya (57 kg), Ts.Monkhzaya, S.Enkhzaya (63 kg), Ts.Naranjargal (70 kg) and P.Lhamdegd (-78 kg).
Coached by Ch.Nasantogtokh and Kh.Boldbaatar, the Mongolians will leave for Russia on Thursday. The winner of the tournament will receive a cash prize of USD 5,000 and 300 points for the qualification, the runner-up--USD 3,000, and the bronze medalist--USD 1,500.

The state selected team for boxing will leave Wednesday for China to compete in the China Open competitions to begin May 27 in Guiyang city. Mongolia's Olympic Boxing Federation has considered these competitions as a big challenge for entering the Asian Championships to be held June 17-27 in Amman, Jordan.
Coached by D.Ganzorig, a State Honored Coach, the team comprised G.Ariunbold (49 kg), P.Serdamba (52 kg), E.Iderkhuu (56 kg), Z.Enkhzorig (60 kg), U.Monkh-Erdene (64 kg), J.Otgonjargal (69 kg), T.Chuluuntomor (75 kg), S.Erdenebayar (81 kg), Kh.Mandakhnaran (-91 kg) and D.Iderbat (+91 kg).
