STANDING COMMITTEE BACKS OPENING OF EMBASSY IN ITALY
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Tuesday, a meeting of the parliamentary Standing committee on security and foreign policy discussed a matter to be consulted further--opening of the Embassy of Mongolia in Italy.
This matter has been backed with majority of the committee considering as important not a number of the Mongolians in this country--only a few live there--but its strategical meaning.
The Standing committee also has discussed a draft resolution of parliament on amendment to a resolution's appendix submitted by the cabinet. The draft reflects a matter on adding fresh water and blood and blood plasma into the category of strategic products. In respect of the resolution, a donors' blood enough for one month for 100 thousand people will be reserved, in case of disasters. The MPs have considered as necessity to make reserves of other products that san replace the blood and blood plasma.
