SOCIALIST INT'L MEETING RUNS WITH MPP PARTICIPATION

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A meeting of Socialist International's Asia Pacific regional committee has run in Manila, Philippines.
Mongolian People's party (MPP) has been represented by its secretary S.Bayar MP, a member of leading board, minister of Science, education and culture Yo.Otgonbayar, and a head of the ministry's Foreign relations and cooperation department G.Tenger. They have spoken about a celebration of 90th anniversary of their party and how its name as revived and concepts were determined.
The gathered have discussed the Socialist International reform, a need to clear a development of social democracy principles in the region, to strengthen the democracy, an influence of occurred in Japan disaster, and other issues.
The meeting has been attended by a secretary-general of the Socialist International luis Ayala, representatives of Labour party of Australia, Social democrat parties of Japan, Germany, People's parties of Cambodia, of Pakistan, Democratic movement party of Malaysia, Congress party of Nepal, Democratic party of Italy.
One of the meeting organizer was Akbayan People's movement party of Philippines.
