Crown Prince commends medical achievements of Saudi Female
Riyadh, September 07 , SPA --Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz , the
Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector
General commended here today the scientific achievements and medical
researches of Dr. Aida bint Ibrahim Al-Aqeel, First Consultant,
Geneticist and Paediatric Endocrinologist at Riyadh Armed Forces
Hospital who has received recently an Award of World distinguished
Medical Researcher in Genetic and Metabolic Diseases, Chiba Japan.
In a message of thanks and appreciation, the Crown Prince said, “We
thank you for your distinguished participation and the advanced
achievements in this area and we pray to Almighty Allah for your
continued success."
For her part, Dr. Aida Al-Aqeel expressed her pride of appreciation
of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz saying," This is a great
incentive for me to exert more efforts in the field of medical and
scientific researches and to work on such researches which serve
patients, alleviate their suffering and contribute to the march of
medical progress and the discovery of new medicines and modern
methods of treatment, " adding that this appreciation is also for the
medical staff of the Armed Forces in general and Saudi female doctors
in particular considered as culmination of generous care of the Crown
Prince.
